The Quaff Episode 009 - Hoppy

  • Hoppy
    • 2 oz. (or so) of Japanese shochu
    • 1 Bottle of Hoppy
  • Directions
    • Mix both ingredients in a frosty mug.
      • Technique - Upend Hoppy bottle so that the top is underneath the surface of the Shochu. Raise the bottle as the beer mug fills up. Pour faster for more foam, pour slower for less.
